Step 1 In a large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, Chinese five spice, and grated ginger. Add the chicken thighs and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better to let the flavours develop). Step 2 Preheat the grill and brush it with rice bran oil. Add the marinated chicken in batches. Cook until golden brown, approximately 10 – 15 minutes depending on your heat source. Use a thermometer to ensure the internal temperature is 76°C or higher.
