Step 1 Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Step 2 Mix everything together in a bowl (except for the cheese topping) then divide the mixture evenly between a 12-muffin silicone tray. Top with extra shredded cheese. Step 3 Cook for 35 minutes or until golden. Season with pepper, to taste.
