Description Sona Gastric Resistant Peppermint Oil capsules support digestive health and relieve common digestive issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Sona Peppermint Oil capsules have an enteric coating, designed to reach the intestines preventing heartburn and maximising its soothing effects. Each capsule contains 200mg of peppermint oil, known for its natural ability to aid digestion, reduce abdominal discomfort, and ease trapped wind and bloating. DIRECTIONS: ONE capsule THREE times a day, taken 30-60 minutes before food with a small quantity of water. Do not take immediately after food. The dose may be increased to TWO capsules, THREE times a day if necessary.
