Step 1 Remove tops from the green beans and place them in a medium sized bowl. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat well. Step 2 Heat a frypan over medium heat. Once nice and hot, add the green beans, shaking every now and then until they are a little tender and starting to char. Step 3 Reduce the heat to low, add in chilli paste and soy sauce and cook for 30 seconds until beans are sticky and delicious. Step 4 Turn off the heat and transfer to serving plate. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and more salt and pepper if needed.
