The Crystals is the pinnacle of our white wine collection, a rare parcel of Chardonnay sourced from the exceptional 2019 vintage at our Carillion vineyard on the slopes of Mt Canobolas. Crafted only in outstanding years, this wine stands as one of our most treasured jewels. Just 100 cases were produced. Appearance: A radiant green-gold hue that glows in the glass. Aroma: Layers of lean fig and ripe pineapple burst forward, supported by delicate notes of grilled cashew.
