Matthew Atallah Wines – 2019 Block 7 Syrah: A classic cool climate medium-bodied Syrah with lifted dark red fruits, spice and dark plum. The palate is balanced, with integrated oak and fine and silky tannins and a plush mid-palate. Chocolate with hints of dried spice evident from the 25% whole bunch treatment. Well structured, the wine finishes long and lingering.
