A poised and elegantly structured cabernet, with the powdery tannin and fine delicate florals. Bay leaf, sage and rosemary overlayed with a coffee and dark chocolate combination. The palate has a smooth feel, with the chalky tannins working neatly throughout. It’s very tightly wound and needs cellaring time to achieve its full potential.
