How to use: The finger-prick test can be used at any time of the day. When the test (T) line shows a dense colour alongside the control (C) line, this means someone is deficient. A mid-coloured T line and control (C) line means insufficient, and a lightly coloured T line suggests sufficient levels. No T line would suggest excess levels.
