Hilltops Shiraz for me is seductive and powerful all at once, the ’18 is testament to the outstanding Vintage in the Hilltops. Full of black cherry & blackberry fruit supported by background vanilla oak. There is an intensity in this wine that sneaks up on you…in a good way. Perfect now or for those with patience this wine will stand the test of time.
