Step 1 Thinly slice the cabbage, fennel bulbs, and apple, and add them to a salad bowl. If you have a mandolin, this will help give you a very fine slice. Step 2 To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together well to form a vinaigrette. Add to the salad and toss to combine. Step 3 Serve topped with chopped fennel leaves, crumbled feta, and crushed walnuts.
