Harvested in January, this lot highlights the bold, festive character of early-season cherries, showcasing how harvest timing influences flavour. La Alondra is a family-run farm in the misty highlands of Lepaterique, Honduras, at 1,700 metres above sea level. Managed by Miguel Girón and his family, the farm grows traditional varietals including Villa Sarchi, Caturra, and Catuai. Carefully washed and processed, this coffee reflects the family’s dedication to quality, offering a balanced, complex, and memorable cup.
